Shulman Rogers was pleased to advise Healthcare Experts Squared (HCEsquared), a leading platform providing education, information and services to healthcare professionals, in connection with a significant strategic investment by Knox Lane, a growth-oriented investment firm. The transaction aims to support HCEsquared’s continued growth and expansion across new services, geographies and specialties. Transaction terms were not publicly disclosed.
The Shulman Rogers team was led by Scott Museles and included Eric Kurtz, TJ Wilkinson, Jake Haskins, Joy Einstein, Paul Schwinn, Keith Marshall, Elizabeth Walsh and Joe Kim.
