Seth Diamond, Of Counsel at Shulman Rogers, has more than two decades of experience dedicated to achieving successful legal outcomes for his clients. He takes the time to understand each client’s needs and goals. Seth guides them through the legal process by always providing honest and straightforward advice and translating complex legal concepts into plain English.

Beginning his legal career in Miami, Florida, Seth gained experience litigating insurance claims, coverage disputes and personal injury cases, as well as conducting fraud investigations. Over the years, he broadened his expertise to cover a broad spectrum of legal areas in the real estate, financial and commercial industries. He has successfully represented individuals and businesses across Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Florida.

With extensive experience across diverse legal disciplines, Seth has handled a broad range of legal matters, including commercial law and litigation, real estate, corporate litigation and financial institution regulation. He has advised clients across various industries, helping them resolve legal and financial challenges. As a former small business owner, Seth brings unique insight, allowing him to develop effective legal strategies to achieve successful outcomes.

Before joining Shulman Rogers, Seth served as an in-house attorney for one of the nation’s leading credit unions where he managed and supervised outside counsel in a wide range of litigation matters, served as the legal point of contact for bankruptcy and collection teams, drafted commercial agreements and leases and handled various legal matters requiring attorney oversight. Prior to that, he founded and served as Principal of The Diamond Law Group for over ten years, focusing on bankruptcy, real estate, litigation, contract law, corporate law and commercial disputes.

Seth earned his B.A. in Political Science from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. He is licensed to practice in Maryland and Washington, D.C.

In his free time, Seth enjoys family time, staying active, cooking, reading and volunteering his time to announce sports events at Churchill High School. He is also an avid fan of the Washington Commanders, Baltimore Orioles and Syracuse Orange.
