From conducting extensive discovery to preparing for depositions and court appearances, she is a trusted ally in helping clients navigate the complexities of litigation. While Kelsey’s practice focuses heavily on business disputes, and intellectual property, she has significant experience in professional liability, premise liability and complex personal injury matters. She practices regularly in both state and federal courts.

Kelsey previously worked as an associate at a mid-size civil litigation defense firm, where she developed and implemented litigation strategies, prepared pleadings, drafted and argued motions and conducted discovery.

During law school, she served as an Associate Comments Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review, participated in the Saul Ewing Civil Advocacy Clinic and worked as a summer law clerk for a mid-size civil litigation firm. After law school, Kelsey served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Douglas R.M. Nazarian, Appellate Court of Maryland. She is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bars.

When not busy with legal work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with family, golfing and enjoying the outdoors.
