Daniel Krakower was pleased to support our client, Advantage Properties, Inc. in its recent acquisition of River Oaks Village, a 190-unit, Class A apartment community in North Myrtle Beach, S.C., for $48.5 million. The transaction represents the second multifamily acquisition this year by Advantage Properties, Inc. along with its co-sponsor, Cove Property Management LLC, and its joint venture partner, CWCapital Asset Management (“CW”), a diversified real estate investment management firm having invested $1.3 billion across multifamily, office, industrial, retail and hospitality assets since its inception. Of the acquisition, Krakower said, “It was a pleasure to work again with Advantage Properties to expand their portfolio with this acquisition and we are gratified to play a part in their continued growth and success.”
